Together with our partner and supporter King & Spalding LLP, the Bucerius Law Journal Conference on International Investment Law & Arbitration, announced two “King & Spalding Scholarships” for the two best abstracts submitted in response to the Call for Papers.
It is with great pleasure that King & Spalding LLP and the Bucerius Law Journal now announce that the recipients of the King & Spalding Scholarships are as follows:
- Prize for Best Abstract (EUR 1,000): Dafina Atanasova, “International Norms, a Defense in Investment Treaty Arbitration?”
- Prize for Second Best Abstract (EUR 500): Javier García Olmedo, “Rethinking the relevance of customary international law to issues of nationality in investment treaty arbitration”
