Concept

The Bucerius Law Journal (BLJ) is a student-run law review edited by students from Bucerius Law School, Hamburg, Germany. It is supported by a board of advisors made up of Bucerius Law School professors.
Most articles are written by students. Additional essays are contributed by professors and other scholars.
The focus of the publication is on jurisprudential issues in Germany and other jurisdictions. Most issues also contain a transcript of a legal live-debate organized by the BLJ, in which practitioners and academics discuss topical jurisprudential questions.

Note: We are always looking for new, motivated editors, especially from younger Bucerius Law School classes. If you are interested in becoming part of the BLJ team, please send an email to info[at]law-journal.de.
